Environment: opencode 1.19.0 with a local Ollama provider.
Command: opencode run -m ollama/qwen-coder-3b "<task prompt>"
Attempted, but the run never reached the model: the CLI stalled after init in our sandboxed box network (no request reached Ollama). We count this as an environment failure, not a tool result, and the score is unchanged.
